A. SYNC by MyOrg360 is India’s own video conferencing solution aiming to assist and supplement educational institutes, startups, and corporates in challenging times by ensuring the feasibility of user-friendly webinars, interactive live classes, group discussions and much more.

  • Host can mute the audio of all the users.
  • Host can restrict video streaming of all users.
  • Host can control the people and the number of attendees by lock/unlock room feature which prevents more number of users or unwanted user to enter into a meeting.

  • In Webinar mode, only host can allow a presenter to access the presentation area.

    6. Where can I download the SYNC Application?
    A. SYNC is completely browser based and supports almost all browsers and all platforms. However, we will be releasing our application soon.
    7. How do I connect to SYNC on my PC or MAC?
    A. Steps for Hosts:
  • Open sync.myorg360.com in any suitable browser like Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox
  • Sign-up/Sign-in.
  • Put your own Room ID and Passcode in the form.
  • Choose either of the two modes viz. Webinar mode or Video Conferencing mode.
  • Start the session.
  • Allow access to your microphone and go for echo test. Thumbs Up. You are in.
  • Copy the link and send it to your invitees/participants via any social media/messaging platform. You can do this from profile page too before starting the meeting.


  • Steps for Participants:
  • Open the link given by your host in any suitable browser like Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox
  • Enter Your Name and Email Address(optional) and Join.
  • Allow access to your microphone and go for echo test. Thumbs Up. You are in.
  • 8. What are the system requirements of Windows or MAC for SYNC Application installation?
    A. System should have RAM of 2GB or higher, Windows 8 and higher versions.
    9. Which mobile devices do SYNC Application Support?
    A. Android, iPhone, iPad with any 3G, 4G or WiFi enabled devices are supported by SYNC App.
    10. Which are the system requirements of iPhone and iPad mobile devices do SYNC Application Support?
    A. For iPhone and iPad, SYNC App runs on Apple iOS 6.0 and above, RAM of 1GB and above.
    11. Which are the system requirements of Android mobile devices do SYNC Application Support?
    A. SYNC App for Android runs on Android OS 5.0 and higher for smartphones, OS 5.0 and higher for tablets. The device must also have a Medium (320x240) resolution screen or higher.

    13. Do I need an account to use SYNC?
    A. You have to sign up in SYNC and sign in using your credentials to host a meeting. However, to attend a meeting hosted by somebody else, you may or may not have an account. For business queries you can contact our sales team.

    14. How many users can be connected to one conference? Is there any specific number?
    A. For Video Conferencing: Upto 180 users
    For Webinar: Upto 800 users
    15. Where do I find my recordings?
    A. Your recordings will be available in the home screens (for hosts).
    16. How can I sign up for SYNC App?
    A. Open the SYNC website and click on Sign Up here. You will land on Sign Up page, where you need to provide a few information and set your credentials to Sign Up successfully. Once this is done, you can go to profile page, where you can get your Email Address verified.
    17. How do I reset my password?
    A. Go to your profile page. Find the form for resetting your password. Type the new password and fill the confirm password. Click on Change Password to complete this process.
    18. How much does SYNC App cost?
    There are three pricing models:

      SYNC Webinar:
    • Allows only the host to set up meetings
    • Host-viewer based
    • Useful for educational institutions where only educator uses the presentation area
    • Costs 999 INR ** / per host / per month
      SYNC Video Conferencing:
    • Allows video streaming from all users
    • Useful for corporate meetings
    • Costs 59 INR ** / per user / per month
    19. How do I take attendance of participants?
    A. You can view attendees by clicking on Presenters List button which is present in Side Navigation Panel.
    20. Do I have to have a webcam to join on Sync?
    A. Yes, for video conferencing you need to have a webcam, however for webinars, it’s alright if you don’t have access to that.
    21. Can I use Bluetooth Headset/Earphones/Headphones?
    A. Yes. SYNC supports all types of Bluetooth Headset, Earphones and Headphones.
    22. How can I invite customers/participants to a meeting?
    If you are a host, after your login, a joining link will be shown in your profile page which you can share to all your customers/participants via any medium like Email, Messenger and Whatsapp.
    23. Can I record and screen share meeting?
    A. Yes, you can record the complete session. You can also do screen sharing.
    24. How can I change the presenter?
    A. Yes, as host you can change the presenter and moderator. The person who needs to presenter has to click on Request Access to Speak button in Side Navigation Panel. The Host will receive a request from that user. The Host needs to accept the request to make that user a presenter.
    25. Is virtual background feature available?
    A. No, we haven’t added the feature of virtual background in our beta version. However, we shall release it in our upcoming versions.
    26. Is it available at lower band width?
    A. Yes, our application works at lower bandwidth viz. 512 Kbps for Webinars and 1 Mbps for Video Conferencing.
    27. What payment method do you accept?
    A. We accept all sorts of online mode of payments.
    28. Is Myorg360 compatible with all web browsers?
    A. Yes, MyOrg360 supports almost all web browsers. However, we recommend Google Chrome for smooth functioning.
    29. Can I use this offline?
    A. No, as SYNC is a web-based product. It doesn’t work offline.
    30. Can I use this on rural areas?
    A. Yes, provided the available network meets the bandwidth requirements.
    31. Suppose video is not working on a live session, can I only listen to the voice?
    A. Yes.
    32. On a live session can I chat with people at the same time?
    A. Yes.
    33. On a session can the owner be able to find out whether the another person is listening to him or not?
    A. No.

    35. Do you offer support for organizing webinars or online events?
    A. Yes, we do offer support in all our plans. However, in our customised plan we allocate a dedicated team member for the entire webinar.
